Traveler sync problem

Hello - we are actually investigating a similar problem with users running a T-mobile Wing device. Do you know if this is the same device and licensed to T-Mobile for re-sell? I'd be very curious to what level of OS specifically you are running.

Under Start --> Settings --> System please let us know what these values are:

About --> Windows Mobile version, CE version and Build number.

Device Information --> Version --> ROM Version and ROM date:
